¡Que Aproveche!

I have discovered that a simple and fresh meal is the key to a happy tummy and heart. So today for lunch I indulged myself in eating tons of freshly cut tomatoes served on top of golden toast with sides of crunchy carrots and happy yellow corn mixed with chilled tuna. Everything was lightly drizzled with vinegar and olive oil . And of course for dessert yummy pieces of dark chocolate.



Yes. I eat chocolate every day. Lots of it. Guilt free.




And for dinner I ate two of my favorite colors: green and red.
